While promoting physical health the ancient practice of yoga asanas helps us to form a deeper connection with our bodies. Book a private or a group class to enjoy all the benefits of a mindful movement.

Mindfulness and Meditation

Meditation has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety and promote calmness and peace of mind.  Via private or group sessions, I will guide you through the practice and help you to adopt this powerful tool of mental self-care.

Painting Classes

Do you feel a creative urge? Or just looking for a fun and relaxing activity for your next event? A Painting Class might be something you are looking for. I look forward to being your painting instructor and discovering your artistic talent.

Come and join the local yoga community for an open-level vinyasa or hatha class in Penmar Park. Bring a smile and a yoga mat 😊

We will meet by the picnic tables next to a parking lot. Don't forget to apply sunscreen! ☀️

About me and my mission

Hello and welcome 🙏 My name is Tati, short for Tatiana. I am happy to see you here. I hope that I can assist you in your journey.

Through asana practice, meditation and art I help people like you to improve their physical and mental wellbeing, connect with their true inner self and dive into the limitless creativity of their soul. 

I discovered yoga and meditation at the start of the pandemic back in 2020. That was when asana practice became a necessary supporting tool for my body while meditation practice refuged my mind.  About the same time I picked a paintbrush and allowed myself to release and shape that untamed stream of creativity that has been bottling up inside of me for years.   

Today I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness and Meditation Couch, and a Visual Artist.
